The San Luis Valley Small Business Development Center celebrated the one-year anniversary of the organization鈥檚 move to the 91猫先生 School of Business Building.
鈥淚t has been an incredible year filled with collaboration and success stories, and I鈥檓 so proud of what we鈥檝e accomplished together,鈥 said SLV SBDC Executive Director Sonia Perez. Over the past year, the SLV SBDC assisted over 102 San Luis Valley businesses. 鈥淥ur capital formation efforts achieved remarkable success, coming close to half a million dollars in our Valley,鈥 she added.

Colorado Small Business Administration Frances Padilla, district director, and David Benavides, deputy district director, expressed their confidence in Perez and the continued success of the SLV SBDC.
Perez appreciates the support from 91猫先生 President David Tandberg, Ph.D., and School of Business Director Liz Hensley, Ph.D. She also thanked the Center鈥檚 partners including Alamosa State Bank, San Luis Valley Federal Bank, Rio Grande Bank, First Southwest Bank, Alamosa County, Conejos County, Saguache County, SLV Health, Small Business Administration, and the Alamosa Chamber of Commerce.
