Where do I get online help?

After you login to Blackboard, you will land on the Institution Page, which may contain important campus information. We are currently using Blackboard Ultra Base Navigation. You will also see the menu on the left and the following links:

  • Your name: Access your profile and notification settings. Learn more:  
  • Activity Stream: See a list of upcoming due dates and recent activity in your courses.
  • Courses: A list of your courses will be displayed. You can filter your courses using the left and right arrows or the arrow beside Current Courses. You can navigate to past, present, and future courses.
  • Calendar: The calendar will display due dates in your courses if your instructor has set a due date in Blackboard.
  • Messages: The Messages link will display Blackboard Messages in each of your courses.
  • Grades: Check your grades for all courses.
